  • ClickBank (charge shows “CLKBANK*”): manage your order or request a refund at clkbank.com.
  • Digistore24 (charge shows “DIGISTORE24”): use the “Find my order” link on digistore24.com or the support contact in your receipt.
  • BuyGoods (charge shows “BUYGOODS”): customer support at buygoods.com.
  • MaxWeb offers: orders are processed by the product seller — use the support email or phone printed on your receipt and on the seller’s website.

If you cannot find the seller, email me with the product name and purchase date and I will point you to the right support channel.
